Our Team

Charles came to Shepherd in June of 2017 to serve as our Executive Pastor. Beginning in August of 2018 he took on the role of director for the preschool. 

Charles holds a Bachelor's degree in Christian ministry and has an extensive history with youth. Charles grew up in an Air Force home and was raised in a home dedicated to serving others, an experience that positions him well to care for the needs of the church.

Amber Rowdon is a Boyertown alum and also attended Messiah College where she majored in early childhood education. Stepping away from the classroom in 2015 to raise children Amber is excited to return to teaching once again, especially in a Christian school.

Abby Feverston is the teacher for our 4 & 5 year old class and greatly enjoys teaching the kids about the love of Jesus and helping them learn the fundamentals of education. She has a great love for Christ and for the children and is looking forward to teaching and helping the kids grow in Christ.

Elizabeth Ling is our preschool teacher for the 3-Year-Old Preschool Class as well as a member of Shepherd of the Hills Church. She joined the preschool team at the start of the 2022-2023 school year and enjoys working with children and serving in our church community.

Grace Kochey is our preschool assistant for our 3-year old class. She is a long-time member of Shepherd of the Hills Calvary Chapel and former retired educator in the Boyertown area. Grace is a dedicated servant who loves working with kids and sharing the love of Jesus with each student.

Karen Parke is our classroom assistant as well as a longtime member of Shepherd of the Hills. When the opportunity to work in the preschool appeared she gladly accepted the position. She loves working with children and serves well assisting in whatever way is needed.
